Lady 18er Golf Club Played in their annual Turkey Shoot on November 5

The ladies played in their annual Turkey Shoot Individual Stroke Play by Flights to determine the low gross winner in each flight as well as the first and second place low net winners of each flight. Our club champion, Grace Nitta, came in first in the 1st flight with a 86 gross score. The low net winners for the first place were tied with Del Poirier and Joanne Kim each having a net score of 74. The 2nd flight low gross winner was Juna Lee with a 99. The first place low net was Aisoon Hong with a net 72 and second low net was Helen Choi with a net 74. The 3rd flight low gross winner was Teddi Swanson with a 102. The low net winners for first place were tied with Nancy Ringelstein and Nikki Balukjian each having a low net score of 77. Birdies were had by Aisoon Hong on #6 and Nancy Groswird on #6 and #7. Chip-ins were had by Peggy Yamada on #18, Aisoon Hong on #6, Joan Munn on #14 and Del Poirier on #7. Congratulations to the ladies for their great rounds of golf. Tomorrow, November 12 is the Charm Girl Playoff. November 19 is the last formal shotgun play day for 2015. Make sure you sign up to play at the golf club. The following Thursdays will be scheduled tee times until shotgun play resumes in the Spring. Thursday, December 3 is the Annual Holiday Luncheon to be held at the Event Center. During this luncheon the charm winners and most improved player are recognized as well as new officers for 2016.
