June 25 was also, CHARM GIRL & LOW NET OF THE FIELD and that award went to ANNA KIM with a net of 68 Two other players also had a 68 net and the ties were broken on the net score of each individuals back nine. The other two 68’s were Marcia Belcher and Garnet Shelly.
Correction to the June 17 article regarding the tree planted in honor of Martha Dachs was donated by 9 of her friends near the bunker on the left of the #2 putting green. Martha spent a lot of time in that bunker. The tree is a flowering tree which she loved.
Upcoming 18er events:
July 9 will be Individual stroke play for Charm girl and low net.
July 16 and July 23 will feature the Classic Tournament. The format is a two-day four ball stroke play (better ball of the partners). Ladies should sign up by July 12 and also sign up for the lunch following play on July 23. The General Meeting will follow play on July 23 as well as Classic winner awards.
July 30 is Guest Day
