Here is a free special program that will help you sell Rossmoor homes to your golfer clients.

Sponsored jointly by the four Rossmoor Golf Clubs with funding from the Golden Rain Foundation, the Rossmoor Golf Hosting Program provides an easy way for Realtors to get their prospective Rossmoor buyers introduced to our excellent Robert Muir Graves golf courses and state-of-the-art practice facilities.

Upon your request, one of our hosting coordinators will arrange for a complimentary round of golf with a Golf Host appropriate for your client’s interests and level of play, at a time that is convenient for everyone.

To contact Rossmoor Golf Hosting to arrange for a complimentary round of golf for your client.

The complimentary round of golf will include complimentary golf cart and practice balls, and complimentary rental clubs if your client will not be bringing their own clubs. We will also introduce your client to our facilities, our four Rossmoor Golf Clubs, and our professional staff. Golf can be nine or eighteen holes.

The golfing group will include our Golf Host and up to three guests. So for example: Golf Host, buyer, and buyer’s parents. Or: Golf Host, buyer couple, and the Realtor.

Or, if your client is a non-player who is just thinking about taking up the game, our Golf Hosts can just give your client a tour of the golf courses and facilities, instead of playing an actual round of golf.

All of our Golf Hosts are avid golfers and long-time members/officers of the four Rossmoor golf clubs (Men’s Golf Club, Women’s 18 Hole Golf Club, Women’s 9 Hole Golf Club, Happy Hackers Golf Club), so they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience about golf at Rossmoor.

Our focus is on familiarizing your client with Rossmoor’s golfing amenities and answering their questions about the golfing life here in Rossmoor. Our Golf Hosts steadfastly avoid answering any questions about real estate.

There are multiple Golf Clubs serving the needs of the golfers in our community. Watch the video below to learn more about Golf in Rossmoor.
